These principles are crafted to resonate across all levels—from frontline employees to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT)—serving as a cohesive framework to encourage initiative, instill a sense of ownership, and prepare the workforce for the future.
Structured across four tiers—Everyone, People Managers, Future Leadership Team (FLT), and ELT—the Leadership Principles reinforce Jazz’s values of integrity, customer-centric thinking, diverse perspectives, and innovation. Each tier outlines specific behaviors and expectations, creating a roadmap for inclusive leadership development across the company.
“This is more than a framework—it’s a mindset shift,” said Tazeen Shahid, Chief People Officer at Jazz. “We’re building a culture where leadership is not defined by role, but by behavior. These principles will guide how we show up for each other, our customers, and the country.”
With over 73 million connectivity users and more than 100 million digital users through platforms like JazzCash, Tamasha, SIMOSA, FikrFree, and Garaj, Jazz’s transition into a ServiceCo requires not only business model innovation but also cultural transformation. The new Leadership Principles form the cornerstone of this shift.
Through this initiative, Jazz is reaffirming its commitment to redefining leadership in the digital era—placing people at the heart of its strategy and cultivating a workplace where every employee is empowered to lead with purpose.
