- Academic Threshold: Minimum 70% marks or 2.80 CGPA (semester system); 60% marks (annual system).
- Eligible Students: Enrolled in public universities; talented and hardworking individuals in approved programs.
- Ineligible Categories: Private university students, previous recipients, non-degree-awarding colleges, foreign nationals (except AJK students), and incomplete applications.
