Account Compromise: Theser’s Daraz account was breached and linked to their Easypaisa account, facilitating unauthorized purchases of digital goods like iTunes and Razer Gold Coins—without any alerts or approvals.

- OOversight: While upding the profile triggered an OTP to the compromised contact points, no such security measure was in place during the fraudulent transactions, hinting at possible negligence or worse.

- Undelivered Goods: A significanorder worth PKR 44,775 was paid for but never arrived. Repeated pleas to Daraz support to cancel the order were met with silence, resulting in financial loss.
