One customer, who asked to remain anonymous, said that she bought an Infinix phone after seeing an ad that claimed it had a “long-lasting battery.” However, the phone’s battery only lasted a few hours on a single charge. The customer also said that the phone’s software was buggy and crashed frequently.

Another customer on Twitter, said that he bought an Infinix phone after seeing an ad that claimed it had a “powerful processor.” However, the phone was slow and unresponsive. Doe also said that the phone’s camera was poor quality and took blurry photos.

Infinix Mobile has not responded to customer complaints. The company’s website does not have a customer service page, and its social media accounts are rarely updated.

Infinix Mobile is not the only smartphone manufacturer that has been accused of selling low-quality products in Pakistan. In recent years, there have been a number of reports of smartphones from other brands, such as Xiaomi and Huawei, breaking down after a few months of use.

Customers who are considering buying an Infinix phone should be aware of the potential problems. It is also important to read reviews of Infinix phones before making a purchase.
