Jazz is the most complained about telecommunications operator, according to data from the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), with 8,253 complaints. Telenor is the second most complained about telecoms operator, with 7,868 complaints.

With 4,527 complaints, Zong came in third. There were 1,425 complaints about Ufone’s various services. In January 2022, PTA received 603 complaints about basic telephone, of which 595 were resolved. In addition, 504 complaints against ISPs were received, with 478 of them being addressed.

Cellular mobile users make up a significant portion of the total telecom subscriber base. As a result, this portion receives the greatest amount of complaints. By January, there had been 22,086 complaints filed against CMOs. Due to the fact that Jazz is the largest cellular operator in terms of subscriber ratio, the number of complaints was larger.

On the other hand, as of January 2022, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) had received 23,219 complaints from telecom customers against various telecom providers, including cellular operators, PTCL, LDIs, WLL operators, and ISPs. According to the PTA, it was able to settle 22,322 complaints, or 96 percent.
