Speaking at the event, Saquib Ahmad, Managing Director for SAP Pakistan, Iraq, Afghanistan and Bahrain, said, “SAP is with every customer now. Our new products cut business costs and boost workforce efficiency.” From cloud migration to AI-driven workflows, SAP’s technologies are enabling organizations such as Pakistan State Oil (PSO), Pakistan Railways, and leading oil and gas companies to streamline audits, enhance transparency, and drive operational excellence.

The public sector is also leveraging SAP solutions to digitize critical services. Notably, the Auditor General of Pakistan has adopted SAP to manage national budgeting, while major electricity distribution companies (DISCOs) have implemented SAP systems to improve performance and efficiency.

In addition to digital transformation, SAP is investing in Pakistan’s human capital. Fahad Zahid, Director Large Enterprise, emphasized the role of AI and cloud solutions in enabling agility across industries such as energy, telecom, and automotive. “Cloud solutions have slashed costs and AI is revolutionising HR,” he remarked.

With strong momentum across both enterprise and government sectors, SAP reaffirmed its vision to make cutting-edge digital solutions accessible for organizations of all sizes, accelerating innovation and growth in Pakistan’s evolving digital economy.
