Telenor Pakistan employees conducted a cleanup drive in Margalla Hills National Park, facilitated by the Islamabad Wildlife Management Board (IWMB). The activity demonstrated Telenor Pakistan’s commitment to the environment and climate action. The cleanup drive was conducted in line with the International Day of Climate Action, which falls on 24 October.
The world experienced extreme climatic conditions like high temperatures, droughts, wildfires, and floods this year, making the need for collective action against climate change more pressing than ever.
As Telenor Pakistan employees observed the International Day of Climate Action, the clean-up activity demonstrated how we can take care of our environment – through the simplest of efforts that go a long way.
