Frustration is mounting among Nayatel customers as the internet service provider (ISP) grapples with widespread, nationwide disruptions impacting internet access and critical online services. A recent email from Nayatel’s Technical Assistance Center confirmed a trifecta of issues, leaving users in the lurch.

The ISP is reporting significant problems with “Eastbound Internet Traffic,” leading to slower speeds and connectivity woes attributed to an unnamed “uplink provider.” This backbone issue is causing widespread slowdowns for customers attempting to access international content and services.
Adding to the chaos, Nayatel customers are also experiencing nationwide disruptions to Microsoft services, including essential applications like Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive. This outage is severely hindering productivity for businesses and individuals reliant on these platforms.
Furthermore, some websites and applications utilizing Cloudflare services are reportedly slow or entirely unreachable. This third independent issue compounds the connectivity nightmare for Nayatel users.
Despite Nayatel’s assurance that “teams, along with the relevant providers, are working to resolve them as quickly as possible,” the simultaneous nature of these outages has ignited strong criticism from customers who rely on consistent internet for work, education, and daily life. The lack of a clear timeline for resolution for these multiple, concurrent failures is exacerbating user dissatisfaction.
