Engro partners with Careem to provide safe, comfortable, and convenient travel solutions

Engro partners with Careem to provide safe, comfortable, and convenient travel solutions for women at Engro. Hear what Ghazanfar Iqbal, Head of Sales and Food Acquisition at Careem, had to say about the agreement.
This collaboration aims to ease the commute to and from work for women at Engro as part of the Company’s diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. This travel policy complements other policies and procedures introduced by Engro to create a gender-diverse and inclusive leadership pipeline, workforce, and culture. Some of these initiatives include maternity and paternity leaves and daycare solutions.
