Co-author of the global best-selling book by Verne Harnish, Scaling Up; Alan is wanted by businesses all over the world for his reformation of how banks and organizations interact with each other. With his mantra of ‘Revenue is Vanity, Profit is Sanity and Cash is King’; he has helped businesses upscale and transforms themselves into glorified empires.
As many as 70 top CEOs attended the session where the speaker shared his wisdom about the best financial techniques being used by global companies. He imparted knowledge on how CEOs can maximize their cash flow using a concept called ‘The Power of 1’. The same strategy has proven to be true for international businesses and they have become examples of ‘Double the Profit, Triple the Cash, and Ten Fold the Business Value.
The session turned out to be an enlightening experience for all attendees who were aiming to boost their businesses exponentially. Alan is one of the co-founders of Optimus, the banking software being used by more than 500 banks globally and is just being sold for $7 Billion.
