Telenor Pakistan Elevates Leadership to Drive Customer-Centric Innovation and Growth

Telenor Pakistan has announced a strategic reshuffling of its leadership team, reinforcing its commitment to customer-centricity, innovation, and value creation in a rapidly evolving telecommunications landscape. The move underscores the company’s continued investment in nurturing homegrown talent while aligning its core functions with future growth opportunities in the digital space.

As part of the leadership elevation, Waqas Amanullah has been appointed as Chief Consumer Business Officer (CCBO). In his new role, he will continue driving excellence in customer experience while strengthening Telenor’s nationwide distribution network. His leadership will play a key role in enhancing service delivery and customer engagement.

Ahsan Maykan has stepped into the position of Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), where he will lead innovative marketing strategies, product and brand development, and the expansion of digital platforms. He will also be responsible for strengthening Telenor’s advanced analytics capabilities to further tailor offerings and value for customers.

In addition, Shan Ul Haq will now head the Corporate Affairs Division as Chief Corporate Affairs Officer (CCAO). His focus will be on shaping and managing the external business environment while ensuring alignment between regulatory affairs and the company’s strategic business goals.
