Hotel One Orchard Mall will feature 50 well‑appointed guest rooms, a restaurant offering both local and international cuisine, a meeting hall for both corporate and social events, and traveler‑friendly amenities including high‑speed internet, 24‑hour front desk service, flexible check‑in/out, and secure parking. The property is strategically placed in an area that merges residential zones with commercial growth, promising demand from business, family, and transient travelers alike.
By adding this property to its portfolio—which already includes locations in Mall Road, Gulberg, Tower Gulberg, and Garden Town—Hotel One under PC Hospitality and Q‑Links strengthens the value hospitality segment: affordability, reliability, consistency, and convenience. The partnership reflects a growing trend of collaboration between experienced hotel operators and property managers to efficiently serve emerging micro‑markets.
Executing the property management agreement involved aligning service standards, leveraging operational expertise, and ensuring guest experience metrics meet expectations. Q‑Links will handle property operations, maintenance, and guest services while PC Hospitality brings its brand values, training, marketing, and hospitality culture.
This new Hotel One location fills a gap in mid‑scale lodging in a high‑growth corridor of Lahore. It aims to deliver consistent value, attract business travelers, families, and visitors, contributing to the local economy, job creation, and an enhanced hospitality footprint in suburban commercial zones.
