Australia Announces Squad for Pakistan T20I Series

Australia has unveiled a 17-player squad for the upcoming three-match T20I series against Pakistan in Lahore, serving as key preparation for the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2026. All matches are set for Gaddafi Stadium on January 29, 31, and February 1.

Mitchell Marsh will captain the side, featuring stars like Travis Head, Cameron Green, Josh Inglis, and Marcus Stoinis. Uncapped talents Mahli Beardman and Jack Edwards earn call-ups after strong Big Bash League showings.

Senior players including Pat Cummins, Josh Hazlewood, Glenn Maxwell, Tim David, and Nathan Ellis are rested to manage workloads ahead of the World Cup. The squad blends experience with emerging players for balanced preparation.
