What could move prices next
Traders expect prices to stay sensitive to tensions in the Middle East, the direction of the US dollar and the US Federal Reserve’s interest rate decision on October 28. Local demand during the wedding season can also affect jewellery buying.
Buyers are advised to check the latest rate with their local jeweller, as making charges and local prices can vary from city to city.
