The Second World Culture Festival officially opened on November 2, 2025, at the Arts Council of Pakistan, Karachi, transforming the city into a global hub of artistic and cultural exchange. Now in its second year, the week-long event has expanded significantly — featuring over 1,000 artists from 142 countries, compared to 44 nations in 2024.

Official Remarks:
Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah, speaking at the inauguration, praised Karachi as “unpredictable, vibrant, and alive” and commended Arts Council President Ahmed Shah for elevating the festival into a global platform for unity.
