After months of anticipation in both Pakistani and Indian media, Ammara Hikmat has officially confirmed the release. The film, which achieved global acclaim and success, will now reach Indian audiences. Hikmat expressed her excitement, stating that they wanted their Punjabi brothers and sisters in India to experience the film in theaters, acknowledging the considerable efforts involved in bringing it to Indian screens.
Come October, Indian audiences will get to see the star-studded cast featuring Hamza Ali Abbasi, Humaima Malik, Gohar Rasheed, Shafqat Cheema, Nayyar Ejaz, and superstars Fawad Khan and Mahira Khan.
Released in Pakistan in 2022, The Legend of Maula Jatt shattered box office records worldwide, and experts predict the film will achieve similar success in India.
