The National Cyber Emergency Response Team has launched a stakeholder consultation on the revised Pakistan Information Security Framework 2025, published for final review nationwide process.

NCERT is seeking feedback from public and private sector stakeholders, industry experts, and academia following incorporation of earlier comments into the framework during revision stage.
Officials said NCERT received two hundred seventy three detailed comments from ministries, departments, organisations, universities, and independent cybersecurity experts on the framework earlier consultation phase.
Stakeholders have been invited to submit further comments and observations on the revised framework by February six, two thousand twenty six as part of consultation.
Officials said continued engagement will help ensure the framework reflects broad consensus, practical needs, and stronger protection for national digital infrastructure against cyber risks nationwide.
After consultation completion, the final PISF 2025 will be submitted to the Government of Pakistan for approval by February thirteen, two thousand twenty six deadline.
