CBD Punjab Advances CBD Vertex Project with 80% Finishing Work Completed. The Punjab Central Business District Development Authority (CBD Punjab) has completed 80% of the finishing work on CBD Vertex, a landmark mixed-use development in the Lahore Prime CBD Quaid District. Spanning 100,000 square feet, the facility comprises two basement levels, a ground floor, and seven upper floors, with parking capacity for approximately 2,500 vehicles.

Major finishing works, including elevation tile installation, parking markings, marble works, and epoxy flooring, are progressing rapidly. CEO CBD Punjab Imran Amin said the project reflects the authority’s commitment to delivering world-class infrastructure that enhances urban mobility and supports Lahore’s economic growth. Nearing completion, CBD Vertex will strengthen the city’s commercial ecosystem and reinforce CBD Punjab’s vision of developing Pakistan’s most modern central business district.
