Launched by the Workers Welfare Board Sindh (WWBS), WWCS is more than an identification tool. It provides automatic, verified, and transparent access to benefits such as death grants, scholarships, marriage assistance, and other entitlements, eliminating the need for paperwork, office visits, or intermediaries.

“This is a card that delivers rights, not requests,” said Shahid Abdul Salam Thahim, Sindh’s Minister for Labour and Human Resources. “We are establishing a system where rights are digitally delivered to every worker.”

A Digital Identity for Every Worker:

To access WWCS, workers must register online via the official WWBS portal. Once registered, each worker’s CNIC-linked profile:

  • Grants access to welfare benefits
  • Confirms eligibility in real-time through NADRA, EOBI, and employer records
  • Removes paperwork and delays
  • Provides instant verification on the WWBS website using CNIC

No physical card is needed. Workers and verifiers can confirm status digitally, ensuring transparency and preventing forgery.

Focused Protection Through Accidental Coverage:

In partnership with Sindh Insurance Limited, every registered worker automatically receives free accidental coverage, including:

  • Cashless hospitalization up to PKR 700,000 annually
  • Treatment at 250+ empaneled hospitals across Sindh
  • 24/7 accident protection, on and off duty
  • Instant eligibility checks through the digital profile

This scheme is strictly for accidental cases, ensuring targeted protection and financial viability.

Digitization at the Core:

WWCS is part of WWBS’s wider digital transformation, which now includes automated death grant validation, tamper-proof claims processing, geo-tagged benefit monitoring, and central dashboards for live oversight — guaranteeing zero manipulation and full accountability.

How to Register
  1. Visit 🌐 http://www.wwbs.gos.pk/wwcs
  2. Provide CNIC, employer details, and industry information
  3. Allow the system to verify eligibility instantly
  4. Activate your digital WWCS profile to access benefits

Eligibility is limited to registered industrial workers; dependents and family members are not covered.

With WWCS, Sindh sets a new national standard: a digital system that delivers rights directly to workers — no lines, no paperwork, no intermediaries.
