As a vertically integrated company that manages end-to-end production of a wide array of bedding products, the biggest business challenge facing YTM has been the disparate process management with no single source of truth and no real-time inventory view.

To counter these problems, the Company is now set to deploy SAP’s most efficient and multidisciplinary ERP system that will facilitate easy batch traceability and global management of volatile supply chains. The ERP also offers Manufacturing Integration and Intelligence (SAP MII) solution which allows real-time production monitoring and provides extensive data analysis equipment. YTM is the first textile organization to implement SAP Manufacturing Integration & Intelligence (SAP MII) along with S4HANA, MII will drive Plant to Enterprise Synchronization by linking ERP business process to Plant Manufacturing Process.

YTM is the first textile organization to implement this integrated intelligent solution, utilizing analytics and workflow tools for identifying problems in the production process and improving its performance.
