Residents from various neighborhoods, including Malakpura, Ahmed Nagar, Madina Colony, and Naroki Road, have reported that they are unable to make calls, send messages, or access the internet within their homes. This disruption has not only affected their personal lives but has also had negative implications for businesses and the local economy.
“It’s incredibly frustrating,” said Ayesha Khan, a resident of Malakpura. “We pay our bills on time, but we can’t even rely on basic communication services. It’s like living in the Stone Age.”
Many residents have taken to social media to express their frustration and share their experiences with Jazz’s poor service. The company has faced a barrage of criticism and demands for immediate action.
However, residents remain citing the ongoing disruptions and lack of transparency regarding the timeline for resolving the problems. Some have even threatened to switch to rival service providers if the situation does not improve.
As the pressure mounts on Jazz to address the network issues, it remains to be seen whether the company will be able to restore the trust of its customers in Pattoki. The outcome of this situation could have far-reaching implications for the company’s reputation and market share in the region.
