Panel discussions spotlighted a stark reality: only 34% of organizations in Pakistan have fully embraced digital HR functions. Speakers emphasized that AI-empowered, skills-based workforce models—powered by platforms like SAP SuccessFactors—are essential for building a resilient, future-ready economy. The transition from administrative HR to data-driven talent strategies was presented not as a trend, but as foundational to long-term competitiveness.
“Our mission was not just to discuss technology, but to reimagine how Pakistan nurtures, trains, and scales talent,” said TMC CEO Abdul Haseeb. SAP’s Country Managing Director, Saquib Ahmad, echoed this vision: “Smart HR practices rooted in AI will unlock workforce potential and set the stage for a smarter nation.”
Leaders from Engro, Tapal, Pakistan Cables, and Lucky Core joined these conversations, contributing practical insights on upskilling, retention, workforce renewal, and the strategic role of AI in human experience. The conference set the tone for an AI-infused future of work—one where HR evolves from process-centric administration to intelligent talent partnerships driving growth and dynamism.
