Toyota Indus Motor Company (IMC) achieved a new monthly record in March 2022, selling 7,132 vehicles, exceeding the previous record of 7,001 vehicles set in October 2021. Toyota has established a monthly sales record for the third time in the last eight months, which is a remarkable achievement. According to Toyota, current sales are the greatest since the company began operations in 1993. According to experts, the carmaker is benefiting from the continued increase in car demand.

This is especially fortunate for Toyota, given its shorter delivery times. According to reports, the Toyota Yaris, the company’s most popular sedan, takes two months to arrive. Honda City and Changan Alsvin, on the other hand, take 4 months to arrive. Despite its current success, the company predicts a drop in car sales in the near future.

Last month, Ali Asghar Jamali, the CEO of Toyota Indus Motor Company (IMC), warned that price increases are unavoidable due to increased pressures from global logistical issues, rising freight prices, and declining local currency. He went on to say that due to rising automobile prices, the auto industry’s entire sales volume is projected to shrink by 15 to 20% in the next two years. He asserted that the corporation is leaning toward localization to achieve pricing consistency. Despite the fact that, based on current sales numbers, there appears to be little to stop the increasing desire for automobiles.
