Zong Launches Ding, a New Digital Entertainment and Rewards Platform

Date:

Zong, Pakistan’s leading information services and technology innovation company, has announced the launch of Ding, a digital entertainment and rewards platform designed to transform how young Pakistanis watch, play, and engage online. The service represents Zong’s journey toward expanding digital experiences that are interactive and deeply connected to the interests of today’s youth.

Built around a simple idea—engage, earn, and win—Ding enables users to watch short-form vertical videos, play trivia games, spin a daily reward wheel, and maintain activity streaks, all of which convert into redeemable Ding Coins. These coins can be exchanged for a wide catalogue of rewards, ranging from high-value gaming consoles and accessories to popular virtual currencies for titles such as PUBG and Free Fire. The result is an entertainment ecosystem where every interaction carries value.

From early user research to multiple stages of product testing, Ding was developed with a focus on three key pillars: content, engagement, and rewards. This approach ensures the platform captures the attention of digital-first audiences while sustaining their interaction through a seamless, gamified experience.

The platform is accessible to all Zong customers via a web-based portal, offering Daily (Rs. 7 + tax), Weekly (Rs. 40 + tax), and Monthly (Rs. 167 + tax) subscription options. Prepaid users can choose any of the three plans, while postpaid customers currently have access to the monthly subscription.

“Ding adds new momentum to our digital portfolio as we work toward an ecosystem where entertainment, technology, and everyday digital behavior seamlessly connect. Through gamification, personalization, and a growing rewards marketplace, we aim to contribute meaningfully to Pakistan’s evolving digital landscape and deliver experiences that reflect the lifestyle of young, digital-first Pakistanis,” said Sajid Munir, Head of Marketing at Zong.

Ding is now live and accessible via any smartphone at lp.zong.ding.pk/bundles, where users can explore the platform and its features. A one-day free trial is also available for first-time users.
