Zong Leads PTA QoS Rankings for Q4 2021

Zong 4G, Pakistan’s leading cellular and digital services provider, has been named the country’s most excellent network in the Pakistan Telecom Authority’s (PTA) recent Quality of Service (QoS) evaluation (Q4) for 2021.

PTA has conducted a Quality of Service (QoS) survey in 18 cities and nine freeways, highways, and intercity roads throughout all four provinces to assess the performance of Pakistani cellular mobile operators’ services (CMOs). Using a cutting-edge automated QoS Monitoring and Benchmarking technology, the survey evaluated the CMO’s performance against the provided KPIs of voice, network coverage, SMS, and mobile broadband/data.
